Faculty and Staff — Visit the Renovated Library, Take a Scavenger Hunt and Photo, and Win!
Take and submit the Library Scavenger Hunt and take a photo “selfie” of yourself in the Library in one of your favorite spots and be eligible for prizes, in conjunction with the Grand Opening.
Here’s how it works:
Pick up a Scavenger Hunt sheet at the Check-Out Desk in the Library. Complete the scavenger hunt and turn it in to the Check-Out Desk. While you are in the Library, take a photo “selfie” of yourself in your favorite spot in the building, and submit it to this email: libraryselfie@mnstate.edu. (directions are also on the scavenger hunt sheets). Please submit from your MSUM mnstate.edu e-mail account. Deadline to submit photo and scavenger hunt — Wednesday, Sept. 24 – 12 noon. No late submissions.
On the day of the Grand Opening (Sept. 25), we will draw the winners. Faculty and Staff Prizes include:
1-Year Amazon Prime subscription ($99 value); Custom-made Dragon red book clock, designed by Adam Rasmussen ($60 value); Mobile Wireless/Bluetooth Stereo Speaker ($60 value); plus cool t-shirts and other items.

The Livingston Lord Library and Technology Center’s Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting event is Thursday, Sept. 25th at 1 pm. The Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber of Commerce will be on hand to officiate the ribbon cutting, and speakers will talk about the impact of the renovation, including our President, Anne Blackhurst and Student Government President, Cody Meyer. Afterwards, enjoy cake and lemonade and tour the facility. Tell your friends, colleagues, alumni, retirees, to come and join the celebration.
