Open forums for Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs candidates Wednesday, May 28
On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, two candidates will interview for the position of Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Both candidates will host an open forum where they will introduce themselves, outline their vision and goals for the Interim Provost position, and respond to questions from the audience.
Dr. Tim Borchers: Dr. Borchers has served as Dean of Arts, Media and Communication from 2013 to the present. He Served as Dean of Arts and Humanities from 2010 to 2013 after serving as Interim Dean from 2008 to 2010. He has also held positions as Associate Dean and Chair of the Communication Studies Department at MSUM. His open forum will be held at 10:00 a.m. in CB 109 on Wednesday, May 28th.
Dr. Michelle Malott: Dr. Malott has served as Dean of Science, Health, and the Environment from 2013 to the present. She served as Dean of the College of Social and Natural Sciences from 2009 to 2013 and Chair of the Biosciences Department from 2006 to 2009. Her open forum is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28th in CB 109.
