The impact of the state shutdown has left many of us wondering, “What will happen to me and my family if I don’t get a pay check?” “How will I pay my bills, loans, etc.?” At Affinity Plus we understand it’s more than just your MONEY or your job; it’s your home, your car, your kids… your life. Please join us at the local Affinity Plus branch at 403 South 8th Street, Moorhead for a “State Shutdown Aid Fair” on Friday, July 15 during regular business hours for refreshments to discuss all the options available to you.
Affinity Plus has pledged $25 million for a loan program to help those affected by the state shutdown. Every employee is empowered to work with you to identify and implement personalized financial solutions. The program will be introduced at the Fair on Friday, including some of the following options:
- No payments on mortgages for up to 90 days
- Free financial assessment
- No closing costs
- Low fixed rates
- Multiple loan payment options including temporary skip payments or interest-only
