Religion and faith in the world of drugs
MSUM alumnus Tomi Sawyer, Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President of Drug Discovery & Innovative Technologies, Aileron Therapeutics, will deliver a Distinguished Alumni Lecture Thursday, Oct. 14 at 4 p.m. in the Science Lab 118. His talk, “Exploring the Mysteries of Life: Transformational Drug Discovery,” addresses the crossroads of his career in science, technology and medicine along with his quest for knowledge, reverence and truth, exploring how religion and faith interplay in drug discovery.
