Soulsa De Fargo performs Thursday at Avalon

Soulsa De Fargo, Fargo’s only professional salsa ensemble, begins the fall by performing this Thursday evening, Sept. 10 at the Avalon Ballroom in downtown Fargo.

Directed by MSUM Associate Music Professor Kenyon Williams (who also serves as the group’s arranger and timbalero), the ensemble also features seven other professional musicians from the FM area including some of MSUM’s top music majors and Fuego Tropical alumni as performers! A salsa dance lesson begins at 8 p.m. this Thursday, followed by live music at 9 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students with ID.
