Director of Housing Open Forum Monday
The presentation and open forum for Brian Dusbiber, a candidate for the Director of Housing and Residential Life, will be Monday, June 29 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in the Science Lab 118. Everyone is invited.
Brian Dusbiber is currently the Acting Director for Administration with the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) in Washington, D.C. He served as Director of Residence Life for 22 years at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He began his housing career with four years at Northern Illinois University. Prior to joining ACPA Brian served as the Director of Student Affairs Life/Work Center at St. Thomas for seven years. Brian has been an active member of both ACPA and ACUHO-I, including several committee memberships, and has published and presented on a variety of housing and student topics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Eastern Michigan University, a master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling with a concentration in student services from Eastern Michigan University, and a Doctor of Education, Leadership, Policy, and Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
