Getting Ready for Retirement?
This is your final chance to register for the State Retirement Seminar on June 24 & 25, which will be held as a videoconference at St. Paul College, Rochester Community & Technical College and Minnesota State University Moorhead. You need to pay for this yourself, but time off is allowed as approved by your supervisor. Please call Jill Dentz directly (her number is listed below) if you wish to register, as there have been some difficulties in registering online.
About the videoconference
Here is a chance to experience a new and emerging technology firsthand and for greater Minnesota staff to get this valuable training without traveling to the Twin Cities. This two-day seminar will give you all the information you need to determine when you can retire and to make your transition to retirement a painless one!
It will be broadcast via Interactive TV; however, the cameras will be filming the instructors and hosts ONLY, so do not hesitate to attend this groundbreaking seminar because you are camera shy!
The seminar will be held in large comfortable rooms: St. Paul College Auditorium, Rochester Community & TC Hill Theater and Minnesota State University at Moorhead Comstock Ballroom.
Share this fun and interactive retirement seminar experience with your fellow state employees in two other Minnesota regions. Don’t delay. Register now as space is limited and registration will be closed by June 5!
