Need Summer Help?
The Rural Minnesota CEP, Inc./Workforce Center office in Moorhead, has received funding for the employment of youth (ages 14-24) and adult workers (ages 18+) during the summer of 2009, through the Workforce Investment Program. This program places eligible applicants at work sites to gain work training/experience.
If you are interested in providing youth and/or adults in our community with a training spot to learn new skills, please contact Deb Lewis, Human Resources at 2158, no later than April 30.
Note: An individual at each site/department who will be supervising/working with youth or adults will need to attend a supervisor training, along with a designated backup supervisor, prior to the placement of a youth or adult worker.
For your convenience, MSU Moorhead will host a Supervisor Orientation Session on Wednesday, May 20 from 2-3:30 p.m. in Center for Business, Room 113.
