WALKtober Challenge

The WALKtober Challenge has come to an end with great participation!! 451 people signed up for the event! The three lucky winners who walked 10,000+ steps, more than four times during week 4 are Sara Bossany, Brianna Ford and LaRae McGillivra. The GRAND prize drawing massage winners for walking 10,000+ steps 4x a week for 4 weeks are Deb Radke, Madison Brantner and Abby Klang. Congratulations to all of you! WALKtober Same Idea NEW Rules

Get your WALK ON with the WALKtober challenge sponsored by the Hendrix Health Center Wellness Educators during the month of October. Walking 10,000 steps a day will burn approximately an extra 2,700 calories per week. Walking helps achieve good health and weight loss. Click link to read more.
