State legislators bus tour to stop at MSUM

Former U.S. Senator Dave Durenberger and several distinguished state legislators will lead a November 1st bus tour, whose featured event will be held in MSUM’s Comstock Memorial Union Ballroom between 1:45 and 2:15 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. Please bring your enthusiasm for centrist solutions to Minnesota’s problems!

Politics & Women talk March 30

“Writing Women Back into Politics,” a Women’s History Month brown bag lunch presentation, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 30 in CMU 203. When we only focus on firsts and figure-heads we lose sight of why equal representation is such an important issue for the U.S. What is a jury of your peers?
