Officers for the new Sustainability Student Association were elected this week. The new officers are Ben LeMay, president; Sydney Stracke, vice-president; Alex McIntyre, treasurer; and Liz Overbo, secretary. The SSA focuses on academic aspects of the sustainability program. Just like the Green Dragons, membership is open to all students. The next meeting of the SSA will be in two weeks.

Four new members have been named to MSU Moorhead’s Alumni Foundation board of directors: Jim Fay, Robyn Gray, Sue Gens and Scott A. Nelson. New officers also assumed their posts, including President Evelyn Quigley, Vice President Corey Elmer, Treasurer Greg Staszko and Secretary Tod Ganje.
Student organization leaders and advisors are reminded to register their organization(s) by 4 p.m. this Friday, Sept. 23 by following the three easymsteps (each take less than five minutes) found at the OSA website. All organization OFFICERS complete Step 1. All organization ADVISORS complete Step 2.
