New York Experience on display through May 15

“A New York Experience,” an exhibit featuring work created by MSUM students while on a travel study course to New York City last summer, will be on display at the Red Wing Arts Association’s Depot Gallery in Red Wing, Minn. The exhibit runs April 9 to May 15. Professor John Volk organized and led the trip. The New York Art Experience

The New York Art Experience, featuring the work of students and faculty artist John Volk, will be on display through Aug. 27 in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts gallery. Students stayed in NYU dorms, studied at the Academy and went to a lot of places! This exhibit showcases some of the work they produced as a result of this experience. A public reception will be held Thursday, Aug. 27 from 4-6 p.m. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by special arrangement, gudmunja@mnstate.edu.
