Mindfulness Meditation course

During these unsettling, challenging, and stressful times the Health and Physical Education Department (HPE) is offering a Mindfulness Meditation course Fall Semester, HLTH 190 – Mindfulness. Mindfulness focuses on the present moment to help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and increase awareness.
