Dr. Mary Stone, School of Business, and Dr. Sheri Erickson, School of Business, recently attended the American Accounting Association Management Accounting Section Research and Case Conference. These School of Business faculty presented their teaching case, “Hometown Community Church: Non-Profit Cash Flow Analysis” at the January 2013 conference.
Dean Marsha Weber, College of Business and Industry, and Sheri Erickson, and Mary Stone, School of Business, have written the paper “Using Communication Theory to teach SOX Reporting Issues”, published in the American Accounting Association’s journal Issues in Accounting Education, Vol. 26, No.1, February 2011.
Mary Stone, Accounting, presented the paper “The Use of Image Restoration Strategies and Moral intensity to Examine Merck’s Handling of the Vioxx Case” at the American Accounting Association Midwest Meeting in Oakbrook, Ill.
