Brad Bachmeier sculptures selected for national juried exhibit

Brad Bachmeier, Art & Design, had two ceramic sculptures selected for the national juried  “2D-3D Exhibition: Figurative Works” currently being held at the LH Horton Jr. Gallery in Stockton, Calif. Brad Bachmeier work accepted into River2River exhibit

Brad Bachmeier, Art, had his work “Elemental” accepted into the River2River exhibit being held at The Ceramic Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This “River to River” show will highlight the richness and diversity of ceramic art within Iowa and its contiguous states. Bachmeier’s work is one of 64 pieces selected from among 240 entries from 85 artists. Bachmeier and Short earn honorable mention awards

Brad Bachmeier and Sherry Lee Short, Art & Design, were awarded $400 Honorable Mention awards in the 20” X 20” X 20” National Compact Competition, sponsored by Louisiana State University’s Student Union Art Gallery.  The exhibit, which opened in November and closes Dec. 17, features the works of 37 artists from 13 different states.
