A consortium of universities in Minnesota held the 4th Annual Power in Diversity conference from Jan. 24-27. Keynote speaker was Tavis Smiley. Karim Ahmath, coordinator of multicultural affairs, led 22 students (and five staff members) in attendance at this event.
