Eurospring students visit Stratford-upon-Avon

Eurospring 2016 continues their studies today at Stratford-upon-Avon, visiting Shakespeare’s birthplace and seeing a production of Hamlet at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Students recently returned from their four-day Easter break, with groups traveling to Ireland, Greece, Scotland, Italy, and Spain. Coursework continues for the next two weeks, linking studies of the Renaissance to contemporary events in England and Europe.

MSUM Student in the UK

On March 19th, MSUM students participating the University’s Eurospring Program joined Dr. Allan Chapman for lectures and field trips to the Neo-Lithic sites of Avebury and Stone Henge. The group also visited Salisbury Cathedral, a massive Gothic pilgrimage church that houses one of the four extant copies of the Magna Carta.
