New Rivers Press is pleased to present the 2017 Many Voices Project winner in Poetry, Tara Ballard. Her collection, House of the Night Watch, will join our other titles on the 2018 publication list.
Four 2015 New Rivers Press books have been selected as finalists for the Midwest Independent Publishers Awards. In Contemporary Literature: “Horsefever” by Lee Hope and “We Got Him” by Elizabeth Searle. In Short Story Collection/Anthology: “It Turns Out Like This” by Stephen Coyne and “American Fiction Volume 15” edited by Bruce Pratt. Winners will be announced May 12.
New Rivers Press received a grant from the Lake Regions Art Council to publish “The Way She Told Her Story” by Minnesota author Diane Jarvenpa.
