From more than 4,000 entries only a selective 15% were recognized with Awards Certificate of Excellence. Minnesota State University Moorhead’s New Rivers Press has received a $15,000 operational grant from the McKnight Foundation to support the ongoing efforts of MSUM’s publishing house.
