Olaniyi Iyiola, Mathematics Department, had a paper published: “Strong convergence result for proximal split feasibility problem in Hilbert spaces,” co-authored with Yekini Shehu from Institute of Mathematics, University of Wurzburg, Germany, published in Optimization: A Journal of Mathematical Programming and Operations Research.
Dr. Ashok Aryal will present his research at Prairie Analysis Seminar (PAS Conference) taking place at Kansas State University this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 8-9. The title of his talk is “Density of the zero set for a generalized Bernoulli-type free boundary problem.”

Leslie Miller, Billy Pederson, Daniel Schneck, Zach Snell, and Madalyn Winger all passed Exam 2/Financial Mathematics. Mason LaRock passed both Exam 1/Probability and Exam 2.
