IT Testing August 11-12
On Tuesday, August 11 from 5:30-7:30 a.m., various IT systems will be unavailable, particularly the Email System, Website and those with Databases (not ISRS).
Free Ink Cartridges
IT has a few new ink cartridges for an Epson Stylus Color 740 available to anyone who can use them. They should work in any Epson Color 700 series, 800 series, 1160 or 1520 inkjet printer. If you can use them, please email support@mnstate.edu to arrange pick up. Thank you.
MSUM Email System Notice
The MSUM email system will be upgraded on July 15th, 2009 starting at 6:00 p.m. This upgrade will take approximately 6 hours to complete. The email system will be UNAVAILABLE during this time.
Server Upgrade
This Sunday, July 5th from 4 pm – 10 pm, we will upgrading our main SQL server. This will effect Housing & Maintenance work orders, campus tour registration, directory searches, and Wellness Center.
Storage System Down
The MSUM storage system will be down for maintenance on Wednesday, June 24 starting at 8 p.m. This upgrade should take about 4 hours. The services affected are: e-mail and all web servers.
