The MSUM IT Helpdesk will begin their fall semester hours this weekend. We will be open as follows: Saturday: Noon-4:00pm Sunday: 1:00pm-9:00pm Full semester hours can be found here.
INSTRUCTORS: Would you like to add a teaching assistant, graduate student, faculty, or staff member to your course in D2L Brightspace? Refer to the D2L Brightspace Enrollments page (http://www.mnstate.edu/instructional-technology/desire2learn/faculty/enrollments.aspx) for instructions on making your request.
INSTRUCTORS: Please request your course shells for Fall 2015 courses by using the CourseCreator request form. (https://collaborate.mnstate.edu/coursecreator/) Your name must appear as the instructor of record on the Course Schedule in eServices in order to request the course.
INSTRUCTORS: Do you use Respondus to upload questions from your PC to your course in D2L Brightspace? If so, you will be unable to use Respondus until you enter the new license key for 2015-2016. If you currently use Respondus, email support@mnstate.edu to request the new key.
