Dr. Mary Dosch and Dr. Lisa Stewart, faculty in the graduate program in School Psychology, attended the Americorps Reading and Math Corps Institute in August. Dr. Stewart also led training with MN PreK Reading Corps members.

The Lakes Country Service Cooperative hosted the 2017 Region IV Annual Paraprofessional Conference: Support Students to Soar at Kennedy Secondary School in Fergus Falls on August 16. Ten graduate students in School Psychology attended and volunteered at the North Dakota statewide MultiTiered Systems of Support (MTSS) conference. The 2017 MTSS conference theme was “Building Effective Systems for Student Success.” Over 300 educators from across the region attended the 3 day conference. Dr. Lisa Stewart, School Psychology faculty, also was on the conference planning committee.
