MSUM v. NDSU: $10 for 2 Tickets and a Qdoba Deal

MSUM Students can purchase specially priced tickets for the Dragons v. Bison games next week. A student ticket will cost $5 per game instead of the general public’s cost of $10, and each ticket you buy you will receive a Qdoba Certificate good for One Free entrée with the purchase of an entrée of equal or lesser value. Tickets can be purchased at the Athletics department in Nemzek Hall room #134. The women’s game is on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. and tip-off for the men’s game will be Nov. 4 at 7 p.m.

Trick or Treat in Owens

President Edna invites the campus community to trick-or-treat on Friday. President Edna and her staff will be in Halloween costumes and there will be treats for visitors to all of the administrative offices on the second floor of Owens Hall. The costumed fun starts at 10:00 a.m. and concludes at 3:00 p.m.

Human Resources Staff will be holding informational insurance open enrollment meetings on the following dates: Tuesday, November 3 at 2:00 pm in OW 207; Wednesday, November 4 at 7:00 am in MA 268; Friday, November 6 at 10:00 am in CMU 214; Monday, November 9 at 3:00 pm in LI 103 (Library Auditorium); Thursday, November 12 at Noon in CMU 214. Autism lecture Nov. 4

Dr. Travis Thompson will be presenting a lecture, “Autism: Early Intervention and Brain Development” Wednesday, Nov 4 at 7pm in the MSUM Science Lab 104. Thompson is a well-known autism clinician, researcher and author of several books including: Straight Talk About Autism (2008) and Freedom from Meltdowns: Solutions for Children with Autism (2008). Thompson also will be a guest in MSUM classes Wednesday afternoon and will be available for a question and answer time at 2:30 pm in Science Lab 102. This event is sponsored by the Solomon Comstock Fund.
