Economics program hosts Twin Cities Alumni Reunion

Alumni, current students, faculty members, and guests of the MSUM Economics program were among the fifty people gathered in the Twin Cities on April 27, 2017. Economics alumnus David Slovick hosted current students and faculty members at Allina Health in Minneapolis, a not-for-profit health care organization that operates over 90 clinics and 12 hospitals in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. 

Finals Week fun at the Livingston Lord Library

You’re already at the Livingston Lord Library to study, and now you can take a break while you’re there! You’ll find coloring books and supplies are on the first floor near the main desk (Zombies, My Little Pony, and more!). On the second floor’s big open study table, there are puzzles to work on, and temporary tattoos to take. 

2-on-2 basketball tournament

Sunday, May 7 | 12:30-4 p.m. | Nemzek Fieldhouse On Sunday, May 7, there will be a 2-on-2 Basketball Tournament (double elimination) in Nemzek Fieldhouse to support the local YWCA. There is a 26-team limit. Sign up a secure a spot in the event. The event is open to all. Registration closes Friday at 5 p.m.

Free bowling on study day

Wednesday, May 3 | 3 p.m. | Sunset Lanes Undergraduate Students in Science Research (USSR) is sponsoring a free bowling at Sunset Lanes Wednesday, May 3 at 3 p.m. There will be free pizza and pop. Take a break from studying and join us for a good time!
