Congratulations to Erin Berns who took second place in the Senior Men’s Division at the Minnesota National Association of Teachers of Singing (MN-NATS) vocal competition. Annually, voice teachers from all Minnesota state and private schools enter their top students in this event. Erin qualified to sing in the final concert and was given a cash award for his accomplishment. He is a music education major and a vocal student of Dr. Jenny Dufault.
One of Eric Johnson’s essays will be published this month by the literary journal at Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal. Eric is an occasional adjunct in the English Department.
