The MSUM Ceramic Guild winter sale will be held in the north entrance of the Center for Arts building through Wednesday, Dec. 2nd, 8-5 PM.
There will be FREE HIV testing sponsored by Hendrix Wellness Educators and the Rural AIDS Action Network on Wednesday Dec 2nd from 10am-3pm (while supplies last) in CMU rooms 203 & 205. The free testing is for all MSUM students, staff and faculty. The test is an oral swab — NO BLOOD DRAW. If you have questions please contact Lynn Peterson at Hendix 477-2211.
An MSUM student art exhibit will be on display Dec. 7-17 in the Roland Dille Center for the Arts gallery. The exhibit is in partial fulfillment of students’ bachelor of fine arts degrees. The exhibit will feature graphic design, painting, photography and printmaking. A reception for the artists will be held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10 in the gallery. “The Greatest Generation in the Red River Valley” with MSUM’s TerryShoptaugh will be held Saturdays, January 9, 16, 23 & 30 from 2-4 p.m. at Waterford at Harwood Groves, 1200 Harwood Drive, Fargo. Class fee is $48. This course will review the World War II years (1941-45) with a specific focus on how the war affected the people living in the Red River Valley. Click headline to read more.
