The Archives Department has several boxes of used, letter-size hanging file folders, as well as a few legal-size hanging file folders, to give away. We also have used, letter-size file folders plus various sizes of 3-ring binders. If you have a need for any of these items, please email selzler@mnstate.edu by February 1. Items will be tossed after that date.
All student groups and organizations at MSUM are invited to participate in the month-long Service Challenge in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Black History Month. Student groups and organizations will donate hours to community service organizations (preferably organizations that serve underrepresented groups). Karen Klimek, 67, retired MSUM employee, died in her home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., in Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Moorhead.
