Northland Fire Protection will be performing annual fire extinguisher maintenance this week in all campus Academic Buildings and Residential Halls.
Due to the Community Summer Festival 5K, MATBUS Route 2 will be detoured on Wednesday, July 18 from 4-10 p.m. Route 2 will take 8th Street between 1st Avenue South and 12th Avenue South. Hornbacher’s will still be accessed twice during the run.
On Monday, July 16, a ground breaking was held for the SE Main/20th Street/21st Street railroad underpass. The underpass project will result in improvements to safety and congestion for visitors, emergency response, vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian traffic.
