COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Senior swimmer Ann Guswelle of Minnesota State University Moorhead has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week after she qualified for the NCAA DII National Championships with the fastest time recorded this year in the 100-yard breaststroke this past weekend. The 2009 Mascot Challenge will take place in the entrance to the West Acres Mall in Fargo, N.D. on Dec. 12. The challenge will begin at 12:30 p.m. through 8 p.m. and will feature athletes, coaches and staff as bell ringers. The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference has announced its All-Academic Teams of the 2009 Fall athletic season. Thirty-one MSUM Dragons athletes were named on the list.
