The walk alone will make you feel good, plus knowing you are contributing to the success of our prized resource—students! And if that isn’t enough, some fabulous prizes can be won by participants. Do you like to travel or eat? Your participation provides a chance to win airline tickets, jewelry or restaurant gift certificates. To date, $75,000 has been raised toward our $150,000 goal. The week of April 12-16, students, faculty, staff, alumni and the general public can participate in walking a six-site route throughout campus—WALK THE DRAGON! After stopping at the designated areas and receiving an official stamp, the route form is turned into the Bookstore. For each completed route the Bookstore will donate $3 toward Athletics – up to $5000! Click headline for more information.
Happy Birthday Scorch!!! Party: March 6, 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Nemzek Hall
MSUM invites everyone to Scorch’s Birthday Party on Saturday, March 6. The party will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Alex Nemzek Hall. All donations will benefit the YWCA Cass Clay and the Dorothy Day House. We ask that children be accompanied by a parent or guardian at this event.
