MSUM alumni A.J. Schlee, Andy Werk and Taylor Huss were sworn in as the Moorhead Police Department’s newest officers on Friday. The trio graduated in 2015 with degrees in criminal justice. MSUM English professor and published poet Thom Tammaro recently came out with a new poetry collection, published by Red Dragonfly Press. “23 Poems,” currently available at Zandbroz Variety and on Amazon, is a compilation 40-some years in the making. We’re living in a digital world, where everything is becoming high tech. A group of high school students is embracing it, by learning how to make websites and applications at Coding Camp, through MSUM’s Graphic Communication department.
