Comstock Memorial Union opened its doors to the public April 24, 1967 making this April 24 the 50th anniversary of the CMU. The 50 year celebration of the CMU will be held Friday, April 28 with a range of fun activities throughout the evening—more details to come soon! 

FMA students visit New York City

During spring break, seven members of FMA (Joe Tjosvold, Abigail Olson, Jessica Lemmerman, Peter Olson, Rochelle Cross, Justin Barnett, and Jenna Kalthoff) traveled to New York City. Economics students present at Eastern Economic Association meetings

Three Economics students presented at the undergraduate student sessions of the Eastern Economic Association meetings in New York City. Cody Rittenhouse studied the relationship between business climate across states and poverty rates; Cody found that states with better business climate as measured by Forbes magazine have lower poverty rates.
