Invitation to Apply – MinnState Employee Cultural Fellowship Cohort

We invite you to apply and share this opportunity across your campus for participation in the second Employee Cultural Fellowship Cohort Program, designed to support Employees of Color and Native American Employees within Minnesota State.
This program focuses on supporting and retaining employee groups with historically high attrition rates, fostering relationships and networks across the system, building unity, and creating equitable opportunities for employees with shared cultural experiences.
Application Deadline: January 12
We also ask for your help in identifying individuals who could benefit from this four-session program. Supervisors who nominate employees should direct their nominees to submit their materials by the deadline.
