Build Your Buzz: Networking for Beginners
This networking event is a student-driven, safe space designed to meet students at their current personal and professional level of development. There’s no preparation necessary! Just bring yourself (and your computer) and get ready to learn, grow, and receive advice from community professionals.
• Learning stations will be set up to help you develop and improve upon a variety of career skills such as elevator pitches, resumes and cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and more!
• Hear from our keynote speaker Marilyn Arechiga Quintero, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and Ph.D. student.
• Free food!
A reminder that this is not a career fair to explore job openings, but an event to practice and develop essential networking skills.
This event is for all FM-area college students (MSUM, Concordia, & NDSU). Pre-registration in Handshake is strongly recommended but not required.
