Employee Career Exploration Week August 3 – 7
While the beginning of August will be a busy time on campus, it’s still important to stay aware of opportunities that support employee growth and development.
Last year, Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) hosted Employee Career Exploration Week. It was an opportunity to invest in employee career development and help them work toward their career goals.
This year’s Employee Career Exploration Week is Aug. 3-7. MMB is hosting several live virtual sessions with speakers and panelists from agencies across state service. The schedule includes presentations with Q&A and panel discussions, and session recordings will be available after the event.
Here are a few of this year’s sessions:
-
Using Classification to Guide Your Career Path
Reimagining Your Career in State Service
Influencing and Leading as an Individual Contributor
Is Leadership Right for Me?
Your Strengths, Your Story: Ideas on How to Show Up and Stand Out
