The JET Program is an awesome opportunity to live and work in Japan after college. It’s run by the Japanese government and brings recent grads from all over the world to teach English or work in local government offices.
Most people participate as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs), helping out in public schools and sharing their culture with students. You don’t need to speak Japanese—just be open-minded, adaptable, and excited about cultural exchange. It’s a great way to gain international experience, build your resume, and have an unforgettable adventure.
