College and life, in general, can be overwhelming and stressful. At times, you might feel like you’re alone. But you’re not. MSUM is here to support you and provide the resources you need to help yourself.

  • MSUM Counseling Services, located in the Hendrix building, offers licensed mental health counselors who provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve your personal and academic goals. They offer free mental health, alcohol and drug, sexual assault and violence counseling, as well as referrals. Visit their website to schedule an in-person, phone, or virtual appointment.
  • You can also explore virtual mental health and wellness services for students, powered by MSUM’s partnership with digital mental health provider Mantra Health. The all-in-one platform offers diverse, high-quality mental health support via the Care Hub.  
  • Join a judgment-free, inclusive, and confidential community of student peers powered by Togetherall. It’s a diverse and safe online community where students can share their feelings, support each other, and start to feel better.
