Adam Goyt gave the Ed Nelson Colloquim Lecture in Mathematics at the University of North Dakota on January 22. The Ed Nelson Colloquium honors the legacy of Professor Ed Nelson by featuring engaging and accessible talks for a broad audience. Adam gave his lecture “The Magic of de Bruijn Sequences”, which discusses mathematics in its three major forms, as a method of entertainment, as interesting for its owns sake, and as important in science applicaitons.
