MSU Moorhead hosts forgiveness coach Nov. 14

Tuesday, Nov. 14 | 6:30 p.m. | Comstock Memorial Union room 105

MSUM will host forgiveness coach Tuniscia Okeke as she talks about “Flowing in Forgiveness” on Tuesday, Nov. 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the university’s Comstock Memorial Union room 105.

Okeke is a CEO, global speaker and a mother of three who will discuss forgiving past choices, establishing firm boundaries, and unlocking self-confidence. Okeke says the roadblocks of self-doubt, anxiety and the burden of constantly pleasing others can stem from unforgiveness toward yourself. She says forgiveness is the secret ingredient for personal and relationship growth that most people don’t realize they have.

This will be an interactive conversation where attendees will develop connections with one another and engage in open and honest self-reflection, with a strong focus on healing, self-love, and the power of forgiveness.

Okeke has authored 36 books about forgiveness, including “Accepting the Gift of Forgiveness,” “Forgiving Your Body,” “Forgiving Your Parents,” and many more. Okeke’s website: https://www.forgivenesslifestyle.com/

This talk is hosted by MSUM’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion. Free reservations are required at mnstate.edu/tickets
