President Anne recognized at May 22 City Council meeting
We are immensely proud of the City of Moorhead and Mayor Shelly Carlson for naming May 23 Dr. Anne Blackhurst Day in recognition of her talents and contributions to the community. As the leader of Dragons since 2014, President Anne has guided MSUM with vision and integrity, always placing student learning and growth at the forefront and serving with our core values of grit, humility and heart. MSUM expanded its graduate programs during her leadership, and the Foundation completed a successful $60 million capital campaign. She has been an active and valuable community leader and an excellent partner to the City of Moorhead. We celebrate her achievements and wish her a happy retirement!
