Dr. Josh Behl presented at the Society for Advancement of Management

Dr. Josh Behl, Associate Professor of Project Management, presented the early results of his research on perceptions of remote project manager efficacy at the Society for Advancement of Management annual international conference in Nashville. This ongoing mix methods research is focusing on perceptions of remote project managers, what they see as the key aspects of successful remote project managers, necessary organizational structures that support remote project management, and how the constructs of communication, technology use, project manager skills, project manager attributes, trust, and relationships impact this overall perception.

He also serves as an Executive Director on the organization’s Board of Directors and supported conference operations during this year’s conference.
