Some students are having difficulty accessing the diversity and equity campus climate survey because they are using their StarID address. Please use your first.last@go.mnstate.edu address and password to access the survey.

Once you complete the survey, you will be directed to a form to provide your name, email address and phone number that enters you into the $50 weekly drawing. We’ll announce the first five winners on Monday, March 27 in student news. Remember: The survey is completely anonymous even though you provide your name for the prize drawing.
