Film screening and discussion: “Mission of Joy” How to Find Joy – Combatting the Winter Blues

You are invited to a Film screening and discussion of “Mission Joy: Finding Happiness in Troubled Times.” Friday, February 3 at 3:30 p.m. in CMU 205.

This film features two international icons: His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, who unite to combine ancient wisdom with cutting-edge neuroscience to share things that are proven to bring us more joy immediately.

This free event features refreshments and a debriefing discussion immediately after the film.

The event is sponsored by the Center for Global Education, Campus Chaplain, History, Languages & Humanities Department, Women’s & Gender Studies, and the Counseling Center.
