Weekly Room Requests for Next Year Now Open!
As we have done in the past, we are allowing student organizations and departments to schedule rooms in the Student Union for the entire academic year.

As set in our Student Union & Activities policies, student organizations may request up to two rooms once a week with a maximum of six reserved hours per week. If two rooms are needed, a separate request must be completed for each room. All other requests must be made on a week by week basis. Our policy allows recognized student organizations, who are not on probation according to the Office of Student Activities policies, to schedule a meeting room on a continuous basis of reasonable frequency. Plan ahead and request your space now! Meeting spaces are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
All requests are considered tentative until they are confirmed by the Student Union & Activities Administration Office. Event confirmations will be emailed to the student organization officer who submitted the request as well as the organization’s advisor. Please note, only student organization officers are allowed to reserve on behalf of a student organization.
