The EMS room scheduling system will be down for two weeks July 22August 5. NO ONE will have access to the system during this time.

All events, meetings, courses, etc held during this time MUST be scheduled in EMS by 12:00 pm (noon) on July 21, so the appropriate reports can be run to sustain maintenance, security, room cards, hvac, etc while the system is down. 

This is a system office project that has been worked on for multiple years to merge all system colleges and universities EMS databases into one database. 

If you need something scheduled during this two week down time you must contact one of the areas below to ensure the appropriate maintenance, hvac, door scheduling and security are scheduled.
