The stress of college life can often take a toll on mental health of students.  The pandemic has resulted in increased loneliness and anxiety for most college students.  I hope to help you relieve some of the daily stress.  Please join me on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a stress management group.  This group will be held over zoom and will run for four weeks from February 11 through March 4. If interested in attending this group, please email Rita Lall, Psychologist with Counseling Services at for further information.
