Don’t leave money on the table! Register today for our virtual Start Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop on Oct. 22. You’ll learn successful salary negotiation strategies and boost your confidence! Through facilitated discussion and role-play, you’ll gain skills to maximize your first job offer.
Women still make less than their male counterparts, especially when we also consider race, gender identity, sexual orientation, and disability. Women are also less likely to negotiate their salaries. Gendered and racialized pay gaps make it harder to pay back student loans, save money, and plan for retirement. Don’t leave money on the table – learn how to ask for what you’re worth!
