COVID-19 & Mental Health Awareness

Mental health is a real issue that many people deal with on a daily basis. Social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic can intensify stresses that lead to mental illness. Use these tips to cope with stress during COVID-19:

  2. Take Breaks – Take time away from COVID-19 content 
  3. Make Time – Ensure you are sleeping well and try to exercise
  4. Reach Out – Stay connected with co-workers, friends and family 
  5. Seek Help – If you feel overwhelmed or unsafe seek assistance
