Coffee, Donuts and Conversation with the North Dakota CPA Society

ATTN: Accounting, Finance , Business, Economics or related Majors or students who are interested in pursuing an Accounting degree or CPA

Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Location: Center for Business Atrium (1st Floor near the stairs)

Come and meet with individuals from Eide Bailly and Brady Martz who are representing the North Dakota CPA Society and will be doing a Coffee, Donuts and Conversation event on Wednesday, December 4th. Students can stop by anytime from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Center for Business Atrium (1st Floor near the stairs) and enjoy coffee and donuts and learn more about this organization and its mission.

The North Dakota CPA Society will be on campus to get to know students and answer questions that they have about the benefits of pursuing an accounting degree and CPA. For those student that are already accounting majors, the North Dakota CPA Society will be available to answer questions regarding the CPA exam – anything from the application to testing format. They will also have information about five $1,000 scholarships that are available to accounting majors. North Dakota CPA Society – is the statewide association of Certified Public Accountants. It has over 1,800 members, consisting of CPAs and students planning to become CPAs. About 75% of all CPAs in North Dakota are members. The Society maintains an office and staff based in Grand Forks. Their mission is to serve members through Promotion, Advocacy, Connections and Knowledge (PACK) ndcpas.org

This is an informal session, so students and faculty are encouraged to come and go as you are able to learn more about this organization, becoming an accounting major, getting your CPA and how to become a member of the North Dakota CPA Society.
